STIFFENER MEMBERS

Stiffener members are used in block/brick wall masonry to have a proper bond/ strength between block wall and structural members. There are three types of stiffener members are used to stiff the structure.
 *Stiffener column
 *Stiffener beam
 *Lintel beam
Stiffener members were concreted after the block/brick masonry work was done up to a required level to have proper bonding between block/brick masonry.
Stiffener columns and beams were concreted with in-situ C30 (1:2:3) grade concrete and surface vibrator is used to concreted on the form-work.
